[OSM-dev] RCN routes with osm2pgsql and TileMill

The planet_osm_rels is the intermediate DB for the slim mode and for doing diff updates.

You'll see at the bottom of the default.style that there as some lines you need to uncomment, then run osm2pgsql again.

You'll find them in the planet_osm_line file with negative OSM IDs.
