[OSM-dev] Is the changeset view broken?

I just noticed something strange that I don't understand. I looked at this
recent change set:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/7995797

and all three ways that the changeset summary lists as deleted have already
been deleted more than a year ago by other users.

Any clue how this can happen?
