Hi Sandor,

I agree this would be useful to know but probably in another tool like 
[Keep Right](http://keepright.at/) or [OSM 
Inspector](http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/), it sounds a little too 
complicated for iD. I would love if someone could use this data or 
scripts for helping fix the data in other ways.
