[OSM-dev] mapnik-render-image 0.3 (was: generate_image.py)

Hi!

Lately I posted that I improved the generate_image.py script from
OpenStreetMap SVN:

Now I renamed the script to 'mapnik-render-image' and renamed the project
on Github accordingly:
https://github.com/plepe/mapnik-render-image

I decided to introduce versioning, starting with 0.1 for the original
generate_image.py script and 0.2 my improvements from back then. Therefore
the new mapnik-render-image starts with version 0.3.

Again, there were some changes and improvements, please check the CHANGELOG
file for details.
