Do you want to construct a geometry in the end ?
if the answer is yes, we have a more specific WKT or shp geometry construction 
tool located at :
http://polygones.openstreetmap.fr (down at the moment)
supporting generic type=boundary/multipolygon construction into a MULTIPOLYGON 
from a relation made of ways or relation members 
(you have to imput a relation id for it to work)
