[OSM-dev] Polar Projection question...

I'm interested in showing Openstreetmap data in a polar projection for use
in research near the north and south poles.  The wiki (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Antarctica/Creating_a_map) indicates
that there was a set of instructions for doing this at
https://github.com/MaZderMind/mapnik-stylesheets and an example at
http://polar.openstreetmap.de/antarctica/, but both of these links seem to
be broken.

Could anyone provide a hint on where I might find these resources?
