[OSM-dev] Taginfo now supports SSL

Hi OSM Dev,

taginfo.openstreetmap.org now supports SSL.

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/

Taginfo was migrated to OSM hardware and went live this morning:

Hardware:

The setup is managed by chef, the cookbook used is available here:
