[OSM-dev] osm2pgsql planet_osm_ways sudden shrinking :(

On 2 different OSMFR tile servers we recently got the same problem:
planet_osm_ways is suddenly "shrinked". We have no idea of what can cause
this.
It looks like the whole table is truncated.
