[OSM-dev] [GSoC 2015] A WebGL frontend for OSM2World - Proposal feedback

Hello,
This is Sukant Garg from India.I was wishing to contribute to OSM2World this summer, working on the 'A WebGL frontend for OSM2World' project as suggested by Tordanik on the Official Ideas page for GSoC 2015.
I have been in constant talks with Tordanik as a probable mentor. We did discuss things about the implementation process to be followed.
I have since prepared a proposal for the same. I would like everyone to please provide feedback for the necessary changes to be incorporated in the proposal.You can see the proposal online at http://gargsms.me/files/OSM%20-%20WebGL%20frontend%20proposal.pdf
