Currently only tags listed at
https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/blob/master/openstreetmap-carto.style
may be used to generate Standard map layer.

Changing this is not trivial - for start "There's nothing published
about moving a style to hstore and making schema choices based on
data." to quote
