[OSM-dev] Interest in contributing to open-source (Outreachy)

Hello

My name is Yolande Amate from Cameroon in Africa and I am interested in
participating in Outreachy. I am primarily a Python, C and JavaScript
programmer, and would like to contribute to OpenStreetMap. I am
interested in working on the "Incorporate requested feature
enhancements of the HOT Export Tool" project. I wish I could get some
directives on how to begin familiarizing myself with the project.
