[OSM-dev] iD enhancement: positive turn restrictions

Hoi,

as I found no way to contact the iD dev team without having a github
account, I post my suggestion here. Maybe someone could move it to
the issue tracker on github.


Currently the turn restriction sub-editor in iD is only able to
create no_*_* restrictions. In Germany, for instance, positive
restrictions are common, but they cannot be created easily within
iD.

I suggest the following change: Clicking on the green/red arrows in
the turn restriction sub-editor should not toggle between setting
the no_*_* restriction and removing it, but cycle through three
states:

1) set a no_*_* restriction (red)
2) set an only_*_* restriction (blue)
3) remove any restriction (green)

This change appears to be relatively small, but quite useful.
