[OSM-dev] Application for Google Summer of Code 2016

Hi all,

just to let you know, Ian Dees, Tordanik and I are this year's org admins
for GSoC. We did prepare and submit our application in time and we will be
notified on 29.2. if we get accepted or not. I'll keep you posted.

Also remember that you can still add more project ideas to make the list
a bit more diverse ;)
