[OSM-dev] Overpass Python API

Hi all, 
I found a bit of time to do some fixes and updates to the Overpass module for Python, and release 0.6.0.
The most significant change is the inclusion of native support for CSV output, returning Overpass's CSV output as a Python list.
I also added some more examples.
