[OSM-dev] Issue with https://www.naturalearthdata.com

If there is a better forum for this, please let me know.

I am following the instructions at
https://switch2osm.org/manually-building-a-tile-server-18-04-lts/ and got
to the part where it wants me to run 'scripts/get-shapefiles.py'. The
problem is that when the script tries to download:

http://www.naturalearthdata.com/http//www.naturalearthdata.com/download/110m/cultural/ne_110m_admin_0_boundary_lines_land.zip


it fails. I am not sure if this is a temporary or permanent problem. Is
there a way I can work around this?
