[OSM-dev] Call for GSoC 2020 project ideas

Hi devs,

don't forget to add your project ideas to the wiki page if you haven't:

We already have a few entries, so thanks to everyone who has contributed
so far! I'm still hoping for more, of course. :) The org applications
close on Wednesday, and students will increasingly start to look for
projects once this year's list of mentoring organizations is public. So
our wiki page will get more attention soon – let's make sure that we
have an large and varied collection of ideas to offer!
