to add some more stats on this topic and put this into perspective: the
largest overlap we've experienced since April 2020 was 00:21:21 (21
minutes). I would assume this to be some issue related to osmosis, which
would hopefully no longer occur using osmdbt.

Overall, the situation today is as follows:
- 86,6690% of all minutely diffs don't have any overlap at all
- 99,5016% of all minutely diffs have at most zero seconds overlap
- 99,9914% of all minutely diffs have an overlap of at most one minute

osmdbt didn't change those stats in any significant way. The relevant
change already occurred back in 2019.
