I don't really know what this means - OSM and Wikidata are two different
things!

That would require some form of mobile OSM editor to take the data from
the clipboard for uploading to OSM. I don't know if any of the popular
editors consumes the data in this format.

Only ever use the "name" tag if an individual tree indeed has a name
(like a natual monument). Do not put a description or a species name in
the name field - "arbre de la piscine" does not sound like a proper name
for me.

Trees would typically also carry a natural=tree as well as leaf_type and
leaf_cycle tags even if these can theoretically be derived from the species.

GPS measurements are not precise, so the user would have to make sure
the tree is actually placed at the correct position in OSM. But if you
do not create the OSM object yourself, but instead fire up an editor for
the user to do so, then the user can select the correct location on the
map so that shouldn't be a problem.

Also, the user needs to make sure they are not adding a duplicate -
maybe there is a natural=tree already there and they only want to add
details to it. But this, too, would be the task of the OSM editing
software being used.

Best
Frederik
