[OSM-dev] How to get started with the contributions

[Harshvardhan Khimsuriya]

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Harshvardhan Khimsuriya, a Computer Science undergrad, I have just
entered my third year at NIT Surat, India. I am new to the open source
contributions but I am well aware of  python, java, c++ and sql . I would
like to contribute to your organisation  but could you please tell me how
to get started?
