[OSM-dev] OSM maps usage

Hi,

My name is Yulia, I am a project manager at an IT company.

We would like to use OSM maps for our new project.
The following question arose: can we use the map for free in the
application for Android and iOS, provided that any person can download the
application in the markets, but in order to use it they will need to enter
a username and password, which will be available only to a certain number
of people who will use this application for work. That is, the login screen
will be available to everyone, but only a limited number of people (who
have logins and passwords) will be able to enter, and there will be no
registration in the application at all.

Can we use the OSM maps free of charge under these conditions?
