[OSM-dev] authorization on community.osm.org

Maybe it is already a known problem, there are some authorization issues
with the community forum, I cannot logout from mobile, and while logout
worked on firefox desktop, I now cannot login now.
For not logging out when hitting the button, nothing happens.
On desktop, I get: "Authorization timed out, or you have switched browsers.
Please try again."

On mobile, despite being "logged in", I cannot post (get 403 error), and
when adding a reaction it apparently gets set but I also see a notice “you
cannot remove the reaction because too much time has passed” (for a single
tap to add an emoji reaction)
