[OSM-dev] Outage with replica host download.openstreetmap.fr ??

Hi there,

I'm not entirely convinced that this is the correct place to raise this matter. Please advise if there is another channel I should use.

I notice that the state.txt​ files associated with minutely updates on this replica site all seem to be "stuck" on sequence 5910515 from a couple of days ago. e.g.

https://download.openstreetmap.fr/replication/planet/minute/state.txt

sequenceNumber=5910515
timestamp=2024-01-08T07\:54\:45Z

I'm hoping this is a temporary outage, but I cannot find any information to suggest that is the case. I would appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide.
