    You're running in on Windows 7 below "c:\Program Files".  Assuming
    you haven't turned UAC off, a non-admin process will be very
    retricted in what it can do there (it won't be able to create
    temporarily files there, for example).<br>
    <br>
    I'd move it to something like "c:\Utils\Osmosis" and try again.<br>
