As I said, I understand and in fact support your intentions but to
suggest a tweet starting with "not a white dude" is quite simply
insulting. Could I start a job search with the title "not a black dude?"
By all means reach out to members of the community you wish to encourage
by communicating in areas they may frequent but you cannot send global
messages excluding those you don't want.
