At this point, one needs to attend the AGM tomorrow in Birmingham during
the State of the Map conference and be a payed up member of the foundation.
As a payed up member of the foundation it was also possible to vote via
email through proxy voting, but that required to have submitted your
vote by last Tuesday, so is no longer an option if you haven't already
voted.
