I think this is a very good document which represents quite well how stuff
works in OSM. Maybe you could post it to the talk ML to get this discussed
in a broader setting and finally into the wiki (if it isn't yet). Maybe
there could be a short summary as well? The text is quite longish, so
having the key points in a short abstract and a longer version for those
who like prose / who want to delve deeper would be desirable.
