Hope all is well, and the sun is shining in your corner of the world  :)

Two quick updates.

Following-up on the newsletter idea, I have a form!  And, if I get enough
submissions

for good content, then I will publish a July newsletter.

Also, the D&I call

different one, and based on the conversation before, where I think we
agreed that bringing people in from the edges is critical to make
progress.  To that end,  my call is an experiment in direct-invite of those
folks  - with promise of a safe space to ask questions, and support in
goal-setting.  We'll see, I hope I don't spend the hour alone!   If you can
help direct people who would benefit,  I would be grateful - here's a
