[Diversity-talk] What can we do in OSM

Hi Folks, I've been thinking about Allan's call to share Strengths,
Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats. Have you added anything?  I added
some comments today.

If you don't feel comfortable adding details or creating an anonymous
account, but want to give your points, I and others could happily help.

I asked Allan (board) what they will do with this data and input.

please take one step at a time. There is a faction within OSM’s community
that has expressed strong opinions that nothing is broken and thus no
actions are needed by the Board, period."
