[Geocoding] New geocoder test system

A little brainstorm/bug reports here, please don't mind about free form... :)

* I searched for "Rīgas iela 6, Ogre". It returned back a correct
node, but gave result in form like this:
"6, Ogre, Latvia"

Another interesting thing is that when doing a search for a road, it
also gives me a crossroads with another road. It is intended feature?
:) If yes, it is nice, however, it could rise a confusion so it
propably should be displayed differently or seperately.

Grouping of amenities by type could be cool, for example, name of the
chain for the retail shops...

For searching bugs that's all from me for now.

Cheers,
Peter.
