[Geocoding] Order if imports into gazetteer

Brian,

I was somehow too quick with step 3 after importing of planet.osm, so it
threw some errors.
Currently I'm indexing the database. Will I be able to do
cat import_country_name.sql | psql gazetteer
again when the index is built (step 6), or will be something broken then?
