[Geocoding] gazetteer-index.sql explained

Thanks for your quick reply.
I first tried to use util.update.php as you suggested before but didn't come
to a result:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  index-instances in
/store/osm/applications/utils/export/osm2pgsql/gazetteer/util.update.php on
line 236
Rank: 1, total to do: 0

This happened to me for all ranks up to 30.
