[Geocoding] Reply-To configuration of this mailing list

I feel your pain Shaun, but not everyone has seen the conversation
before. Since we don't yet have a "first rule of the mailing lists is
don't discuss reply-all, second rule is don't discuss top-vs-bottom
posting" entry in the FAQ, we'll keep seeing the same discussion
cropping up from time to time.

Of course, having such a FAQ would give a nice link to send to people.
