[Geocoding] postgres.conf

Hi Michael,

I'm interested in what is slow for you as I can't reckon what it could achieve.
I will send you my postgresql.conf off list so you can compare.
We further should do a search for the same not cached address and
watch the results. Perhaps mine is much slower and my installation
needs more help than yours...
