[Geocoding] Problem with geocoding some addresses

Hello All, 

I was trying to use the geocoding service to geocode the following address, but I am getting a very weird error. It seems to be dumping some kind of session to the page. Any ideas why this might be happening? 

Address: 525 S. Cowley Spokane 99202

Error recieved: "string(209) "select l.place_id from place_classtype_place_village as l,placex as f where f.place_id in () and ST_DWithin(l.centroid, st_centroid(f.geometry), 0.05) order by ST_Distance(l.centroid, f.geometry) asc limit 10" object(DB_Error)#2 (8) { ["error_message_prefix"]=> string(0) "" ["mode"]=> int(1) ["level"]=> int(1024)" (there is more, please see URL for complete error) 

This happened to me on a few of the addresses, and not just this one. If you would like I can send you all of them. Any insight into why this is happening would be great.
