[Geocoding] hi

hi i have installed a copy of nominatim for romania for reverse 
geocoding and i have a problem with postal codes. my server is not 
geocoding postal codes and at openstret mat it working. heare is an example

http://map.carsenie.ro/reverse.php?lat=46.76409&lon=23.57029
  and response is with out postcode but at 
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse.php?lat=46.76409&lon=23.57029 
i have postcode. please help thanks
