 Bridge names are actually not implemented at all in Nominatim. That
 name:bridge is recognized is an accidental by-product of localized names.

 In order to implement that properly, bridge:name should actually replace
 name (and presumably any localizations) for the bridge place generated
 from the OSM object (but not for the e.g. the highway place).
