 When retrieving XML results, ampersands (&) are not properly escaped as
 {{{&}}} (as per [http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xml-20001006#syntax
 §2.4 of the XML 1.0 spec]) in the {{{more_url}}} attribute of the
 {{{searchresults}}} node.
