Comment:

 This is a data error. Somebody has put the place node for Guernsey in the
 middle of the channel: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/1607605918

 Move it somewhere where it makes more sense.

 As a side node: there is a fix pending that will unify the search results
 for the country boundary and the place node. Will be deployed after the
 license change.
