Comment:

 Geometry output on the website has been fixed, you should see correct
 multipolygons now in all views.

 When asking for xml/json, the polygon option will still not return a
 correct multipolygon. This won't fix for reason of backward compatibility.
 Try one of the new polygon options instead: polygon_geojson, polygon_kml,
 polygon_svg or polygon_text, which will return correct geometries, but be
 aware that they are still experimental at the moment. That means that the
 format might still change slightly.
