 Hello,

 I added a new node (about 20 hours ago) - osmtype = node, osmid =
 2038683334:
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/2038683334

 and I can't seem to find it using Nominatim (i tried "Alza Brno", "Alza
 Brno, Brno" and "Alza", but the node was never found). Also this URL:

 http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details?osmtype=N&osmid=2038683334
 only says "Please select a place id"
