[Geocoding] Nominatim Schema Documentation Needed

Hi,

Can anybody guide me where i will get the documentation on Nominatim
database schema and logic for reverse geo-coding ?

Also i want to add new boundaries(District, town etc), villages and POI
which can be used in address reverse eo-coding. Kindly suggest.
