Sorry misunderstood you there.
Now I know which local.php you mean. This is most likely your
problem. Create this local.php in the settings/ directory
and make sure that you have included the correct base URL for your site.
(the line: @define('CONST_Website_BaseURL', 'http://mysite/nominatim/');)
