[Geocoding] Missing prefix direction, geocode fails

There is a known problem with partial searches that needs fixing, see
https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/2485

The road is with its prefix in OSM as "SW Bridgeway St". So, full
name search works, and so does partial search with only one of the terms 
(i.e. Bridgeway) but not with two terms ("Bridgeway St" or "SW Bridgeway").
