[Geocoding] Accidentally stopped Nominatim install - can it be resumed?

Nominatim uses one less than available CPUs by default IIRC. Try to force it
to use 2 threads by adding '--threads 2'. You can stop and resume at any
time as long as it is indexing (i.e. you see these ETA lines).
