 After watching tour de France, I've tried to find "Alpe D'huez", "alpe de
 huez", unsuccessful, "l'alpe d'huez" was ok.

 Le, La, Les (and abbreviated l') are equivalent of the/a/an or der/die/das
 which should be ignored by nominatim (imho)
