[Geocoding] Accidentally stopped Nominatim install - can it be resumed?

No, I wasn't sure. I think I may have missed some log output because
of permissions on my log file, which I've now changed in our install
script.

That file currently contains...

maxInterval = 259200

I've changed that to 86400 now.

Which  seems sensible.

I've restarted the:

sudo -u nominatim ./utils/update.php --import-osmosis-all --no-npi
