[Geocoding] [Nominatim] Table search_name empty after import

Those "command not found" errors are important. It looks like
some incompatible version of libtool.

Side note: You really should be updating to postgresql 9.x. The
code hasn't been run against 8.4 for a while, so I'm not even
sure it works.

Did you check the output of this command? Did it finish without
errors?
