#5216: Nominatim should link localised keywords to english keywords

Comment (by lonvia):

Nominatim already uses localized keywords to saech for specific types of
objects (as defined by their tagging), e.g. you can search for
 [http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search.php?q=station+Gare+de+Lyon
 station Gare de Lyon] or
 [http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search.php?q=bahnhof+Gare+de+Lyon
Bahnhof Gare de Lyon]. The definitions for these keywords are here:
 http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim/Special_Phrases

What does not work is a partial translation of a name, i.e. you cannot
search for 'Lyon station' and expect to find the Gare de Lyon. That's
intentional because often such an automatic translation produces strange
things (you wouldn't search for 'Gare Union in Chicago').
