 That is a little tricky because Nominatim currently doesn't distinguish
 between admin level 6 and 7. It maps them both to the 'county' part of the
 address. That is the right behavior for some countries but wrong in the
 case of South Korea. We'd probably need something like country-specific
 handling of admin levels to output the address fully.
