[Geocoding] Nominatim release 2.2 announcement

Dear Sarah,

Thanks for the good news. Do you know if this resolves any issues with the
initial data import? I had installed Nominatim on a raspberry pi running
raspian and had issues with the data import - key tables like place_x etc
were being populated wrongly.
